Initial Commercial Capacity

New Zealand

The first commercial Phaseon Farm is planned in New Zealand.

The site comprises approximately 5 hectares of commercial land and has been master-planned to accommodate up to 100 Phaseon Towers at full build-out.

Phase One will establish the first 10 Phaseon Towers, providing the foundation for commercial operations and future expansion.

As additional towers are commissioned, the site will progressively expand to its planned capacity.

At full build-out, the New Zealand Phaseon Farm is designed to permanently remove approximately:

  • 2,400 tonnes of atmospheric CO₂ per day
  • 876,000 tonnes per annum of Verified Permanent Atmospheric Carbon Removal

Commercial Availability

The New Zealand Government has confirmed that it does not intend to enter into forward procurement arrangements for the initial New Zealand production capacity.

Accordingly, the planned New Zealand production is intended to be made available to organisations participating in the voluntary carbon market.

Future Expansion

Beyond New Zealand, Phaseon is intended to be deployed internationally through strategic partnerships with governments and industry.

Future deployment programmes will be developed in accordance with the policy and carbon accounting frameworks of each participating jurisdiction.
