The development site comprises approximately five hectares of industrial land and has been master-planned to accommodate up to 100 Phaseon Towers at full build-out.

Deployment is planned to occur in staged phases, allowing commercial production capacity to increase progressively as additional Phaseon Towers are commissioned.

The first commercial Phaseon Farm is planned for New Zealand, establishing the foundation for Phaseon's initial commercial production of permanent engineered carbon removals.

Phase One Deployment

Phase One is planned to comprise the first ten Phaseon Towers, providing the foundation for Phaseon's initial commercial production while establishing the infrastructure required for future expansion.

This staged approach enables commercial operations to commence while supporting the progressive expansion of production capacity as additional towers are brought into service.

Planned Production Capacity

At full planned build-out, the New Zealand Phaseon Farm is designed to provide:

• Up to 100 operational Phaseon Towers.
• Approximately 2,400 tonnes of atmospheric CO₂ permanently removed each day.
• Approximately 876,000 tonnes of permanent engineered carbon removals each year.
• Production capacity is intended to increase progressively as each stage of the development is completed.

Commercial Availability

The New Zealand Government has advised that it does not intend to participate in forward procurement of the initial commercial production capacity.

Accordingly, Phaseon intends to make its initial production available to organisations participating in the voluntary carbon market through commercial supply agreements.

This provides an opportunity for corporate buyers, engineered carbon removal brokers, strategic partners and institutional organisations seeking long-term access to permanent engineered carbon removals.

Production Allocation

Initial production capacity is expected to be allocated through forward commercial discussions undertaken during the development phase.

As production capacity will be limited during the early stages of deployment, Phaseon intends to prioritise organisations seeking long-term commercial relationships and future supply arrangements.

Expressions of Interest are welcomed from organisations wishing to discuss future production allocation.

Future Expansion

Following the establishment of the initial New Zealand Phaseon Farm, Phaseon intends to expand internationally through strategic partnerships with governments, industry and institutional organisations.

Future deployment programmes will be developed in accordance with the regulatory, policy and carbon accounting frameworks applicable within each participating jurisdiction.

This phased approach is intended to support the responsible expansion of permanent engineered carbon removal capacity while maintaining alignment with recognised verification, monitoring and reporting principles.
